Profile

I was  born in January 1,1957 at a relatively unknown place known as Sanversa-Gaideah, Utraula of Balrampur district, state of Uttar Pradesh.I studied at King George Inter College, Utraula; then at M.P.P.Inter college, Balrampur. After graduating from the M.L.K College, Balrampur(Avadh University, Faizabad). I  completed my post graduation at Lucknow university, Lucknow. I obtained M.Phil and Ph.D from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India and doctoral work on "A study of some polynomial identities which imply commutativity theorems for rings''. I am a life member of RMS( Ramanujan Mathematical Society), AMS( Allahabad Mathematical Society),and IMS( Indian Mathematical Society)and refree's of international journals.
I worked   as a faculty member in the Eritrea Institute of Technology, Mainafi, Asmara. From October 22nd, 2005 to January 8th, 2007 as a Professor in Mathematics and served as founder head Department of Mathematics. I was a  permanent faculty member in the Centre for Interdisciplinary research in Basic Sciences, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi- INDIA from Jan 9th,2007 to Sep.21,2010 as a Professor in Mathematics and served as officiating director. At Jamia Millia Islamia, I have introduced biomathematics ( Mathematical Modeling in cancer biology) for the students of MBIN (Integrated M.Sc. in Bioinformatics and biotechnology). Also, training and research guiding M.Sc., M.Phil, Ph.D, and Teachers in the Centre/Department and outside it. I had been  member of the Board of Management of the Centre and  supported them for getting research funding from University Grant Commission, India. I have the experience in teaching different races of the world. I have been teaching there Engineering students too. More than 27 years experience in the field of Algebra and Biomathematics that comes under Pure and Applied Mathematics. Studying Biomathematics (Mathematical Modeling in cancer biology), during my stay at the  Centre, it  is highly applicable in biology and medicine. I was also  invited to deliver  lectures and chair the session at  several institutes as well as universities in  India and abroad. Published many research papers in national as well as international mathematical journals (see curriculum vitae for details list of publications) Published more than 57 research papers so far and communicated many papers by now. Moreover, submitted many joint collaborated research papers with many international eminent mathematicians of the world. Recently I was also one of those who were invited  to deliver a talk and chair the session in   the International Conference on Rings and Modules at Hecetape University, Ankara, Turkey and others too.

Research Interests

(i)             Biomathematics ( Mathematical modeling & Computer simulation
My research focuses on mathematical modeling of drug delivery systems and optimization of the devices. We are also interested on the spatio-temporal dynamics of nonlinear, heterogeneous biological systems. This is an exciting area of modern applied mathematics offering many fascinating and challenging problems both mathematically and biologically. Our main objectives are:

  • Mathematical modeling and analysis of controlled drug delivery systems
  • Elucidation of the underlying drug release mechanisms from controlled drug delivery systems by using mathematical tools
  • Optimization of drug concentrations at the site of action in order to improve the efficacy of the therapeutical treatment and to minimize adverse effects
  • Mathematical modeling allowing for quantitative predictions of the effects of formulation and processing parameters on the resulting drug release patterns
  • Modeling problems in solid tumor growth and development, angiogenesis (formation of capillary networks), tumor invasion and metastasis, tumor-immune interactions.

The models normally consist of nonlinear systems of difference equations, ordinary differential equations or partial differential equations. A blend of analytical (stability analyses, bifurcation theory, nonlinear analysis) and numerical techniques (finite difference/element approximations) is used in addition to mathematical modeling and computer simulation skills.

(ii) Algebra (commutativity of rings/  semirings / nearrings and its derivations)

We would like to add in the literature on commutativity theorems for rings, giving several conditions, which imply commutativity. These conditions deal with polynomial in two variables with integer coefficients, the results of which are already known when the polynomials are fixed. It would be a significant advance to obtain the result when the polynomials are dependent on the variables. To investigate results on applications of ring theory.
-     Semi rings have proven to be useful in studying automata and formal languages.
On the other hand, the notions of automata and formal languages have been generalized and
extensively studied in fuzzy frame work. Thus one may expect that fuzzy semi rings may useful in
studying fuzzy automata and fuzzy formal languages. In this context, we pursue an algebraic
approach to investigate the concept of fuzzy semi rings and related notions in order to set the
     ground for further endeavor.

-     Our objective is to prove that under appropriate additional hypothesis such nearrings turn out
to be commutative rings and find its applications in coding theory and cryptography.

     -      Our prior aim is to investigate results concerning the Commutativity preserving derivations,
centralizing derivations, the Jordan derivations and Jordan and Lie ideals in the setting
of primeand semi prime rings /nearrings/ G-nearrings and Banach Algebras.
